Tcpip.sys error Windows Insider Program

When I try to install the preview of Windows 11 I always get to the green screen like BSOD with SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED what failed:tcpip.sys I've tried all the possible solutions: resetting network adapters; uninstalling and installing drivers; did the tcp/ip reset in command prompt "netsh int ip reset"; and even tried disabling windows security (the only antivirus installed). Any other suggestions?

Excluding regional settings, keyboard layout and location based in Portugal, I just realized that there IS something most likely we all have in common as Portuguese: the citizen card (Cartão de Cidadão) app and the related drivers!!!!

It's kind of a long shot, but does anyone else use this?

It's the only thing I could think of that would make sense in terms of all of us here being Portuguese users!

    Completely right!

    I've made a post about this issue on LinkedIn to help disseminate this workaround, hoping my network spreads this also.

    I can't imagine the number of people banging their heads against a wall and reinstalling machines just to get a glimpse o W11.

    I also shared this post to direct people here for more information.

    You may also share the workaround. Perhaps this forces them to a quick fix.

    Precisely this. Chave Móvel Digital is a blessing. But this question of the version 3.5 3.6 3.6.1. just makes the plot thicken. I hope the auth.gov team can solve this problem! Or else, LOTS of portuguese people are gonna have a bad surprise on the months ahead
