Tcpip.sys error Windows Insider Program

When I try to install the preview of Windows 11 I always get to the green screen like BSOD with SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED what failed:tcpip.sys I've tried all the possible solutions: resetting network adapters; uninstalling and installing drivers; did the tcp/ip reset in command prompt "netsh int ip reset"; and even tried disabling windows security (the only antivirus installed). Any other suggestions?

Excluding regional settings, keyboard layout and location based in Portugal, I just realized that there IS something most likely we all have in common as Portuguese: the citizen card (Cartão de Cidadão) app and the related drivers!!!!

It's kind of a long shot, but does anyone else use this?

It's the only thing I could think of that would make sense in terms of all of us here being Portuguese users!

    Exactly the same problem here. Trying install the first beta build on my Lenovo Ideacentre AIO 3 24ARE05 and this happens. I have OpenVPN installed for remote working, I already installed the driver and software and this still happens. Already ran DriverVerifier, there was a faulty driver (the Riot Vanguard anti-cheat one), uninstalled it, still the same problem. My other network drivers are your regular "Realtek ethernet PCIe" or your "Qualcomm Wireless Network Adapter". It's just such a weird, specific error. I know that if I reinstall Windows 10 fresh and then run the update I'll probably be good (or even directly installing Windows 11 through ISO). But, of course, I don't want to lose my software installations, having to reinstall everything again is quite the bummer.

    Same problem on my Dell XPS 15 9500 (a 1 year old machine).

    This seems to be some network driver, so I'm sharing my network adapters so maybe we can cross information: Torguard VPN (OpenVPN TAP), Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client (VPN), Dell Thunderbolt dock (Ethernet connection), Killer WiFi
