When I try to install the preview of Windows 11 I always get to the green screen like BSOD with SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED what failed:tcpip.sys I've tried all the possible solutions: resetting network adapters; uninstalling and installing drivers; did the tcp/ip reset in command prompt "netsh int ip reset"; and even tried disabling windows security (the only antivirus installed). Any other suggestions?

Excluding regional settings, keyboard layout and location based in Portugal, I just realized that there IS something most likely we all have in common as Portuguese: the citizen card (Cartão de Cidadão) app and the related drivers!!!!
It's kind of a long shot, but does anyone else use this?
or this?
It's the only thing I could think of that would make sense in terms of all of us here being Portuguese users!

Autenticacao.gov WAS the problem indeed! But just a little note: it wasn't enough for me to uninstall it. Like I said before, I had the software uninstalled already, but there were some leftover files. I installed it again and uninstalled it, to see if it would be enough. It wasn't. I had to do a search on System32 folder and on Regedit for "pteid", which is the name of the driver, and had to delete each and every file and regkey (which involved changing some permissions etc but all went well). Only after that it worked out. But thank you so so much!!
