When I try to install the preview of Windows 11 I always get to the green screen like BSOD with SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED what failed:tcpip.sys I've tried all the possible solutions: resetting network adapters; uninstalling and installing drivers; did the tcp/ip reset in command prompt "netsh int ip reset"; and even tried disabling windows security (the only antivirus installed). Any other suggestions?

THE EAGLE HAS LANDED!!!
💯🎉🎉🎉
Excluding regional settings, keyboard layout and location based in Portugal, I just realized that there IS something most likely we all have in common as Portuguese: the citizen card (Cartão de Cidadão) app and the related drivers!!!!
It's kind of a long shot, but does anyone else use this?
or this?
It's the only thing I could think of that would make sense in terms of all of us here being Portuguese users!
LOL,
I have a Surface PRO 7+ and installed perfectly
Omg we really are all portuguese ahahah viva Portugal we're gonna uncover this tcpip.sys mystery. My regional settings are for Portugal, but if PedroLamas over there is in UK and has UK settings... then it's something else. I tried everything: safe mode, unplugging external devices (including my external HDD), that DriverVerifier... my PC supposedly is ready for W11, so I don't understand what's going on
