I signed up for the windows insider preview on the dev channel. When I did Windows update, the windows 11 option was available. So I installed it and has been working well so far! These options were turned on in BIOS: UEFI, TPM 2.0, secure boot.

I think you may have the wrong information, I am using Windows 11 22000.51 via Windows Insider Inside my i3 7100, you can install Windows 11 on 7th Gen processors officially.
My system: - Intel Core i3 7100 2 core 4 thread 3.91 GHz CPU, TPM 2.0, Secure boot enabled, UEFI Boot type with GPT system partition type, DirectX 12 support with WDDM 2.
