Honestly, agreed, older processors SHOULD be able to support 11, they are fully capable, Microsoft even supports Celerons and Pentiums, processors that should have been discontinued years ago, like 10 years ago, they are terrible.

2021-06-30T23:55:00+00:00 Hopefully Microsoft can extend the compatibility list to 6th Gen Intel. My NUC i5-6260U 1.8GHz has TPM 2.0 (Intel TPP) but it is not compatible with Windows 11. Sigh..

2021-07-01T02:46:41+00:00 That is because your processor is 7th gen, and Microsoft said they are currently testing 7th Gen processors for Windows 11, Hopefully, its support gets added, I myself have an i3-7100 but I was able to upgrade to Windows 11 Windows insider preview build 22000.51 without any restrictions.
