Our luck might be changing here. Asus have released a beta bios for their older 6th and 7th gen boards that will support win11 on their B250 series boards. Bear in mind this is a BETA bios so I'd make sure that you have a test rig or a motherboard that you're not worried about losing and can re-flash using a CH341A re-programmer. What ever you do, don't install a beta bios on your main PC. Haven't seen any update from any others or if there has been any release on the Z200 or 100 series boards but that might change if this beta is successful.
Just a quick update. Thought I'd have a look at my bios and sysinfo in windows to see why MS decided not to support 7th gen kaby lake. Apparently its to do with hardware DMA Kernal protection and I think that when this is enabled it also enables VBS as well and I can't find a way to enable the DMA protection on mine.
