2nd Gen AMD Ryzen processors are supported, you may have mistaken, and 7th Gen is under testing most likely getting added, I myself have a 7th Gen processor.

So your AMD processor is supported and intel one is most likely getting support for Windows 11.

Let's see it once, Windows 11 is for security, I know it is not possible to create an unhackable Windows or any other OS like that, or a fully encrypted OS, but if it reduces the malware, or creates a better-encrypted OS, that is at least better than nothing, because those 60% reduced malware are those which are the most common and somewhat medium level malware, and mostly which you told which come from email attachments, clicking online here and there, etc. meaning the chances of getting infected is reduced highly as the OS's security features will block that malware.

Secondly, it is everywhere on the internet how to turn on a TPM, secure boot, etc. and by default, these security features are by default on if they have them, and as most of the PC's in the world are pre-built, they can contact the manufacturer for help, for example, Dell, Asus or HP for any kind of help related with the device.

And people with Custom DIY PC's can contact local technicians or the manufacturer of their PC's hardware (in this case most likely Motherboard's manufacturer)

Third, 6th Gen and below processors are capable of running Windows 11, they don't have vulnerabilities, but because they will have all security features enabled on Windows 11, which they weren't designed for while not decreasing performance, performance will be reduced highly, as mentioned earlier Intel's 6th Gen processors faces around 30% lower performance when on Windows 11, and as you go lower performance decreases significantly and the users don't know much about computers with unsupported CPUs will directly upgrade, get slower performance, get their own work get done slower and then blame the OS or their PC, that is why there is a restriction so that people with none to less computer knowledge don't have to face these issues, and Windows 10 21H2 is specifically for those who cannot upgrade to Windows 11, which will bring security and performance improvements as much as possible.

Fourth point, for DirectX12 I mentioned, I am not sure, I don't even think it is required, it may be required for a special feature like Auto HDR, but I don't think so it is compulsory.

This is not marketing, first, all of these securities together in Windows 11 which requires TPM, Secure boot, etc. reduce malware by 60%, but why old processors don't support it as for example Intel's 6th Gen processors faces around 30% lower performance when on Windows 11, as all security features are enabled and it wasn't designed for that, but 8th Gen and up were designed according to that, hence they don't face these performance issues, and 7th Gen is under testing, as well as AMD 1st Gen processors.
And as for DirectX12, I am not sure but I think it is most likely as Windows 11 has tremendous GUI changes, which low-end Graphics cards cannot handle.

The main goal for Windows 11 is Security, and they are doing this for people who can get advantages, so if you cannot get them then it's nobody's fault.

After windows 11 release if it is not compatible will get rolled back to the last version of windows 10.

So you have the source code of windows 11 and you know your cpu is easily compatible , all this whining about compatibility and you look just to the power of the cpu and that **** should run Windows 11 because you say so.....
