Blue screen: HTTP.sys error

recently started getting blue screen error when running Visual Studio 2019 and IIS Express application

I've been having the same problem for 3 days while I was developing.

Windows 10 + Visual Studio + IIS + Google Chrome

OC and XMP are not enabled

System event logs (excluding Information entries) for today (in this timeframe there were multiple blue screens, as seen in the Critical entries which indicate rebooting)

Please disable Overclocking and XMP profiles until we complete troubleshooting. If you do not know about Overclocking, your device likely does not have it enabled.
