Hi Heidi-Ann,
Yes, if you could please do that when you have time, the minidump file may indicate why your PC is bluescreening and what incompatibility that update is causing on your system.

Not so fast! On installing this update.
Installed KB5003690 (tried) on five rigs. Three no issue, one refused to install, and worst of all one started BSOD constantly after installing. Removed from that rig and all was fine and returned to normal. Reinstalled KB5003690 to verify this was the issue and yes, the BSOD issues returned, again uninstalled and all returned normal again. I'm satisfied in saying that KB5003690 is / was the issue.

Hi Heidi-Ann,

Well unfortunately I have already done a clean-up with O&O Safe Erase that apparently cleaned up the "minidump" too.
Though if you think an answer can be found here I will redownload and reinstall KB5003690 and pull the dump file. Though it won't happen till this weekend since I'm about to head out of town, yet if you are still interested in the issue, I would be more than happy to give you what you need to debug this issue.
Thanks you Dave for the quick response.
My main concern is when they release this update in July that many others could be affected.
Heidi-Ann
Hi Heidi-Ann,
I am Dave, an Independent Advisor, I will help you with this.
On the device that blue screened, please check to see if your PC is producing any minidump files, I will check those to see if they provide any insight into a potential cause of the system crashes.
Open Windows File Explorer.
Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump
Copy any minidump files onto your Desktop, then zip those up.
Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive, DropBox... etc.), then choose to share those and get a share link.
Then post the link here to the zip file, so we can take a look for you.
