Not so fast! On installing this update.
Installed KB5003690 (tried) on five rigs. Three no issue, one refused to install, and worst of all one started BSOD constantly after installing. Removed from that rig and all was fine and returned to normal. Reinstalled KB5003690 to verify this was the issue and yes, the BSOD issues returned, again uninstalled and all returned normal again. I'm satisfied in saying that KB5003690 is / was the issue.

Just got another BSOD, while downloading the new July update KB5004237.
I checked with BlueScreenView and this time the problem appeared to be different than previous BSODs. I mean that the source and type of the error returned is not the one always received with previous BSODs.
In short, perhaps it was just a hiccup.
Let's hope that the latest updates released resolved ...
it seems that microsoft fixed the problems, at least for me. no more bsod since the KIR fix.
woke up that morning and noticed in the registry that microsoft rolled out the KIR fix. I restarted my computer and now I will observe, if the bsod issue happens again. I keep you updated.

I gave KB5004945 a second try, this time the bsod occured only minutes after installation. As you can read in the second article, microsoft is about to fix (at least they try...) the printing issue via Known Issue Rollback (KIR). It wasn´t delivered to my pc so far (you can check that in the registry), so I will wait and see if that helps. If not, hopefully they will fix that on next tuesday.
Indeed I have not much hope, the KIR will solve my BSOD issues. Speaking fpr myself, the BSOD never occured in combination with any printing activities.
If nothing helps, I will uninstall the update again and try to hide it with wushowhide, as Heidi-Ann Fourkiller suggested. I already downloaded the tool. But before doing this, i will wait untill next Patchday-Tuesday.
I can hardly describe how annoyed I am.
