S O L U T I O N If you are not able to perform steps 1 to 7 due to Windows always asking for a Password. Then instead of 1-7 do this.
Download and run RUFUS on another PC (Watch this video -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w34x1kBZN6c&ab\_channel=ThioJoe
Use it to create a bootable Windows Pro version on the USB drive
Boot from USB, (you may need to change the boot type Legacy/UEFI) Then when the USB version of Windows is working
Find Utilman and CMD on the drive that previously was the C drive (probably now the D drive)
Change file permissions - Add your new Windows user name to the list of permissions (Watch this video -> https://www.lifewire.com/how-to-get-permission-from-trustedinstaller-in-windows-10-4780469)
Then continue Steps 8 onwards.
