Unfortunately, this was the case for me, too. I think the way windows security is, it won't let you in no matter what in this situation. I had to reset the whole computer, however I was able to save my files. I booted windows off of a spare hard drive I had (just googled "how to boot windows off a USB drive"). After booting windows off the separate hard drive/USB, it will let you copy+paste any files you have in any other drives in the PC (by navigating through all your folders: music, documents, etc.). Unfortunately it won't let you change any files, so you still can't change your login/PIN to solve the issue.
