    Man, my laptop is really taking its sweet old time downloading this update.  It's been stuck at "Downloading - 0%" for the past hour or so.  This is the one major thing I do not like with cumulative updates: the extremely long time it takes to install them.  In fact, when I turned on my laptop this morning and checked the update settings it stated that last check was two days ago just before I turned it off for the night, and that its status was "Installing - 100%" but it didn't go to the part where I have to restart the computer to finish updates.  I paused and resumed updates to start all over, and now I'm at the point where it's stuck on downloading the cumulative update.

    EDIT: It's currently 8:28 a.m. and it's FINALLY in the installation phase again.

    Another annoyance is that there are other updates that have downloaded already, but my laptop won't even begin installing them until the cumulative update is finished.  Is there any reason why that is?

    I've be dealing with the same stupid issue for 3 days now and it has yet to be resolved. Everytime I try to have MSFT call me back on your "Get Help" website I get an error. When I try to get help via chat NO ONE RESPONDS!.

    Issue: Microsoft's last update activated a bitlocker on my laptop; I have called DELL (my laptops manufacturer) and they have informed me that its a MSFT issue. Yesterday, I finally got through to someone at MSFT and they told me to download the Windows 10 iso to USB and try to "custom" install windows again on my laptop. I tried this and it didn't work either...so now i'm locked out of my laptop for 3 days, I cant get MSFT to help nor can I work!!!! so MSFT SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF ITSELF!!!! We update our software to remain safe NOT TO BE LOCKED OUT of our computers! PLEASE FIX THIS IMMEDIATELY!!!!

    This update destroyed my pc!!! My os is on my ssd but I have a hdd for more storage. After the update my pc boots on the hdd and cant even detect my ssd! The hdd is still on a 2018 update and It cant find my ssd what do I do??? Please help me hundreds of hours of work trapped on my ssd please 911 need help
