I would really appreciate any insight Microsoft or the community has on this issue as this has really crippled our updates and patching until we get this resolved.

I'm having the same issues after the January 2021 updates. Microsoft should be embarrassed by release such bad updates. It took me a few days of work to stop the blue screens. No my system runs like an old 286 system. Frustrated as hell and thinking of removing Windows completely and install Linux.  Microsoft should consider getting out of the operating system game completely if they are going to release junky updates like this and just focus on office automation products.

These updates have borked my PC, i open a window to install a program and the file locks up and closes. I am literally doing a fresh install to try to fix the issue because NOTHING else has worked.
