    Just for your information........

I have just found another device "glitch" caused by this update - it resets the ethernet driver controller device properties "Speed & Duplex" option settings down to 100Mbps. Tested and proven to be happening by setting this option manually to "1.0 Gbps Full Duplex" then reinstalling the update and finding the setting has been pulled down to100Mbps again! Took me a while to figure out why my network had slowed down on this particular machine. This is a desktop machine (not my laptop) which has not exhibited any other issues with this update so far, and this change only happened on one of the two desktops I have running - so it's as hardware device specific issue - after tracking down the actual setting, which I know was at 1.0 Gbps before.

Be aware that removing the update does not reset this value (if you are removing it) and it may also need setting manually after the update has been added you just need to check your REAL connection speed.

Altogether this is proving to be a pretty poor update given all the feedback I see here. There are probably other changes it makes as well which I haven't found, or noticed, yet as well.
