when i go to windows update history nothing shows up, and drivers are greyed out. is there something wrong
what do i need to do?

I do not have have the 2004 update or service pack installed and again i am leary of installing the 20H2 update because like i i said it messed up a lot of things when i first did it please help can you connect remotely to help me

it was and has been recomended by dell they have used it in the past not saying they are right but they have used it
