driver updates greyed out

when i go to windows update history nothing shows up, and drivers are greyed out. is there something wrong

what do i need to do?

except for the update thing everything else seems to be working correctly now no longer have the problems withMMC event viewer and task scheduler

the 20h2 caused the problems in the first place screwed up task scheduler event viewer MMC all had Clsid errors could not use quick assist or windows powershell after the 2oH2 update and the roll back. Could not install certain apps after that all the geek squad and reinstall of the 1909 was because of this mess up in the first place. totally messed me up going back and uninstalling that update. i do not want to do that update if that is what is going to happen again. then after i installed it iwas having a tech from geek squad on line try and fix something then got the lue screen oof death that is why the reinstall in the first place.
