driver updates greyed out

when  i go to windows update history nothing shows up, and  drivers are greyed out. is there something wrong

 what do i need to do?

    soory if  i appear nasty  i do not mean to be  i amjust frustrated and need your help.  walking me throught may or may not help as  i stated i am afraid to mess it up further than it al ready is  Please I am sorry  if  i sound ungreatful i am not  like  i said just confused i  appreciate your help I truely do   again sorry   if  i come across nasty i do not mean to sound that way
