Hi all, really need some help here. My laptop turns on but Windows won't boot. The sequence is:
There is no "RESET MY PC" option at any point.
I have tried all of the Troubleshoot options, including:
I created a bootable USB / installation media, clicked F12, selected boot from USB....
This leads me to the same menu above (only Troubleshoot OR Turn off your PC --- no option to Reset my PC).
Any suggestions??? Diagnostics show terrible battery quality so I ordered a new one, but is the battery likely to be the full problem...?
Thank you!

Yes you're right. This is the output:
Sorry, I'm not sure if Jan 14 is the day the slowness started happening but I know for sure that before Jan 25 (the day that I cannot use my laptop anymore due to such problems), the laptop is already slow and lagging.
So to answer your question, yes I think.
Thanks.
Ok. I think we should try uninstalling these updates on Jan 14th. It could have been installed but not activated until your next restart of the laptop.
We'll start with the big one.
wusa /uninstall /kb:4598229 /quiet /forcestart
Oops. I think it should be /forcerestart
wusa /uninstall /kb:4598229 /quiet /forcerestart
Try without the /quiet I think we might not be able to uninstall.
