Hi all, really need some help here. My laptop turns on but Windows won't boot. The sequence is:
There is no "RESET MY PC" option at any point.
I have tried all of the Troubleshoot options, including:
I created a bootable USB / installation media, clicked F12, selected boot from USB....
This leads me to the same menu above (only Troubleshoot OR Turn off your PC --- no option to Reset my PC).
Any suggestions??? Diagnostics show terrible battery quality so I ordered a new one, but is the battery likely to be the full problem...?
Thank you!

You need to see the boot type in the BIOS. Older devices will not support UEFI boot.
Hello.
My laptop supports UEFI.
Thanks.
Oh. I see the picture now.
You'll need to search for storage drivers and add them at this point so Windows can see your hard drive.
What is the make and model of your laptop?
May also need USB drivers.
