Hi all, really need some help here. My laptop turns on but Windows won't boot. The sequence is:
There is no "RESET MY PC" option at any point.
I have tried all of the Troubleshoot options, including:
I created a bootable USB / installation media, clicked F12, selected boot from USB....
This leads me to the same menu above (only Troubleshoot OR Turn off your PC --- no option to Reset my PC).
Any suggestions??? Diagnostics show terrible battery quality so I ordered a new one, but is the battery likely to be the full problem...?
Thank you!

Okay okay.
Oh you're right, I was in X:\
Sorry my bad.
So now it's back again with the lock screen. But it says the password is incorrect, even with my original account.
Thanks again.
