Hi Mdin160 -
I'm Kevin B. Independent advisor and a Windows user like you. I do apologize for the inconvenience that you experiencing right now, let me help you sort things out.
It appears that windows is no longer booting properly and that options to repair the computer has been tried but it doesn't fix the problem. In order to successfully boot to the USB drive, you need to set your computer to directly boot to the USB in the BIOS of your computer.
DISCLAIMER:
BIOS manages the external settings of your computers hardware settings. Any unexpected changes or missed might result damage on the computer itself. It is necessary to follow the instruction correctly to avoid damage on computer.
Once booted in the flash drive please follow the steps on how to perform custom install on your computer to preserve all of your personal files.
