Backup application from corrupted windows

Sir, my windows 10 is corrupted and I was unable to start window including safe mode can I create a backup of installed app or application on my computer.

Windows for home | Windows 10 | Windows update

    Hi there,

    Try to reinstall Windows using the Microsoft website. Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)

    Burn it into a bootable drive such as an USB.

    And if the option is available create a new partition of your drive.

    Select the new partition to install Windows.

    And if you have any old files they would be in the first partition.

    Please create a new Windows installation media with latest build and use it. Your media seems to be outdated.

    Hi,

    I think you've taken my suggestion literally when you changed/booted the system.

    Removing F: was from the previous pictures that had F: on System partition.

    So if you reboot with USB. The drive letter should reappear.

    Check out what the 97Gb partition letter is then do the 

    DISM /image:{97 gb Windows drive}:\ /CleanUp-Image /RestoreHealth

    {97 gb Windows drive} is the letter you found to be where Windows is.
