Backup application from corrupted windows

Sir, my windows 10 is corrupted and I was unable to start window including safe mode can I create a backup of installed app or application on my computer.

    Did you run chkdsk command? Did it find some errors?

    Sir, i tried to run CHKDSK f/r d:

    command on my computer there i found failed to transfer log massage . And I also tried DISM command after that but it is showing like clean up image option is Unknown

    Please run diskpart tool and show the results of two commands:

    list disk

    list volume.
