I looked at it. It's three instances of repair results. Only the first found an error...
Test Performed:
---------------------------
Name: Check for installed LCU
Result: Completed successfully. Error code = 0x714
Time taken = 7938 ms
I think LCU refers to Latest Cumulative Update. I don't know what the error code means. I can guess the computer had trouble installing it. But that has dropped off the subsequent two instances. So, I don't think it is responsible for the current inability to boot, unless it left a lasting ill effect in Windows.
Normally, a Restore Point would cure it, but, IIRC, you couldn't restore one. Check again now that you've updated to the latest recovery environment (20H2)...
"Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > System Restore"
I'm still thinking, but grow weary. Maybe I need a nap.
LCU would be stored here
E:\Windows\Servicing\LCU
Not too sure if it is still trying to apply updates. We should disable the wuserv that's where I was going with the whole loading SYSTEM hive anyways until we got side tracked without the proper SYSTEM registries.
regedit
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
File - Load Hive...
E:\Windows\System32\config\SYSTEM
SYS
Select HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYS\ControlSet001\Services\wuauserv
"start" should be set to 3 let's change it to 4.
select HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYS
File - Unload Hive...
Reboot
