Backup application from corrupted windows

Sir, my windows 10 is corrupted and I was unable to start window including safe mode can I create a backup of installed app or application on my computer.

    I have this path $WINDOWS.~BT\Sources\Panther in  E: drive but i did not get any files in there as you told meImage

    This is probably your problem then.

    Can you see if you have a back registry?

    Dir /a E:\Windows\System32\Config

    Dir /a E:\Windows\System32\Config\regback

    Your pictures do not match what I get in the DISM help screens. You are missing two whole categories, including the Package Servicing Commands of which "/Cleanup-Image" is one. That is why you get the error message that the option is unknown. I can only guess the option is not available to you because yours is a Legacy install. Maybe it exists in UEFI installations only.

    Well, I see AamazingTech2 is onto something. I'll keep an eye on it & chime in if I think of more.

    But I still think you might try the offline SFC & the Startup Repair three times in a row each, if they report an uncorrectable error. And show us a full BCDEdit too.
