Backup application from corrupted windows

Sir, my windows 10 is corrupted and I was unable to start window including safe mode can I create a backup of installed app or application on my computer.

    Sir, my system reserved partition in volume 3 and system partition in vol 1

    I tried this methodBut the problem is same

    And sir i just noticed that in this time my cpu hdd led is light like low power and beeping after 5 to 6 sec

    Lis vol

    You’ll see Volume 1 as the 100mb from Disk 0

    Sir, I am using my USB boot and Can this command is same after opening this DiskPart in CMD. Because Disk 1 is showing there as pendrive

    sel vol 1
    set id=27Image

    Ok. With either Windows boot recovery or USB boot

    Can you in diskpart

    sel vol 1

    set id=27

    Now test rebooting to Windows normally.
