Sir, after recreate BCD the window is now boot as like old state Black screen with spinning dots and not opening windows B. I tried this startup recovery but its not working

(1) You've got a Legacy install. So switching BIOS to UEFI most likely will not boot as it expects to find an EFI partition. But all BIOS are not the same. I think some allow UEFI with CMS (Compatibility Support Module) at the same time. Those might be able to boot either at the same time. I really don't know. I guess you could try it, but quickly revert if it fails. Should cause no harm, but do quickly revert if unsuccessful.
(2) Looks like your computer is trying to do an automatic repair...
(a) Did you let it sit at least a half hour to see whether it will finish?
(b) Once, for me, when one of those failed, it worked to do my own. I know you've tried before, but maybe now it's closer to success....

(c) Is that the screen you still get after doing AamazingTech2's "BCDBoot"?
