Backup application from corrupted windows

Sir, my windows 10 is corrupted and I was unable to start window including safe mode can I create a backup of installed app or application on my computer.

    My 1903 image (10.0.18362.30) worked with the /cleanup-image

    Can you do 'dir e:' to check if you have a Program Files (x86) folder? If there is then you'll need to download the 64 bit version of the Windows installer.

    Also do

    dir /od E:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\WER\ReportArchive

    If there are folders then there should be a report.wer

    That may give us a clue in what's going on.

    This black screen with the spinner is showing for the long time and i didn't get windows login or desktop

    i just tried on my 1909

    I’ll try imaging 1903 like yours and try the command.

    Can you explain the current black screen issue again so we’re all on the same page? We know you’re booting and the dots go around. They don’t stop and you don’t get a logon prompt. Previously, you did logon and don’t get to the desktop with automatic logon.

    Sir, i use this command DISM  /Image:E:\   /? But i didn't get any results regarding /Cleanup image i also tried with DISM /Image:E:\ /Cleanup-image /?

    (1) I went into a recovery environment & I did an offline /Cleanup-Image, So, yours should have worked too. Had it not liked your letter "E" in "/Image:E:", you'd have gotten a different error message. I don't see anything wrong with what you typed, but try...

    DISM  /Image:E:\   /?

    The word "/Cleanup-Image" will be in the output near bottom. Run the mouse over it to select, then use CTRL-C to copy it to the Clipboard. Then use Ctrl-V to paste it into this...

    *DISM  /Image:E:*  --paste--  /RestoreHealth

    If it works, try the offline SFC again...

    SFC  /ScanNow  /OffBootDir=E:\  /OffWinDir=E:\Windows

    Some say to try it 3 times in a row, if it says there is an uncorrectable error.

    (2) Try "Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > Startup Repair".

         Actually, some say to try that 3 times in a row too, if it reports an error.

    (3) If still you cannot boot, show us a full BCDEdit...

    BCDEdit  /Enum  All
