Windows 10 mail printing on one quarter of page

Today, I printed an email from Windows 10 Mail.  The Mail app version is Version 16005.13426.20316.0.  I printed by clicking the "..." at top right, then selecting Print.  I was printing to letter sized paper.  Print preview looks normal.  However, when I print, the print is compressed into 1/4 of the page, and is so tiny as to be illegible.  The entire page prints in the top left quarter of the paper.

Printing a test page is normal.

Print from Word is normal.

I have tried more than one emails from Mail, and they print the tiny version to the top left quarter of the sheet.  It happens whether I print on one side or double-sided.

    Sent MAIL feedback to MS. Crickets. No response. Exact same issue. Upper left corner in very tiny font. Is Microsoft doing anything or reading these issues? Lots of folks have the same problem, starting at the same time, but no MS involvement or resolution?

    We sent feedback on MAIL. Nothing from MS. Thought they read these posts here. Same issue for so many, starting at the same time. And nothing from MS? Exact same issue. Upper left corner in very tiny font. Is Microsoft doing anything or reading these issues? Lots of folks have the same problem, starting at the same time, but no MS involvement or resolution?

    I have spent an hour with Microsoft and then was told I had the wrong person and then he said he would contact me to the proper person - 40 minutes and no response - now I get an email saying this:

    Thank you for contacting Microsoft Support - a support case has been opened for you. We will review the details you provided and get back to you as soon as possible.

    Thanks. After installing my email accounts on Outlook I am now able to print full page emails. Same computer, Epson ET-4750. Outlook works Microsoft Mail does not.

    You didn't have to purchase Outlook, if that's what you did. You could have just typed "Outlook.com" into the Search bar. That is Outlook on the WEB from where Mail is getting all its stuff. It prints well from there. But maybe you get extra benefits from the purchase, I don't know.
