Quite sure it is a Win 10 update (not sure which one though). I get the same tiny print option on my main machine BUT - when I print from a computer without the update, it prints fine. Any idea if this is getting fixed?
Windows 10 mail printing on one quarter of page
Today, I printed an email from Windows 10 Mail. The Mail app version is Version 16005.13426.20316.0. I printed by clicking the "..." at top right, then selecting Print. I was printing to letter sized paper. Print preview looks normal. However, when I print, the print is compressed into 1/4 of the page, and is so tiny as to be illegible. The entire page prints in the top left quarter of the paper.
Printing a test page is normal.
Print from Word is normal.
I have tried more than one emails from Mail, and they print the tiny version to the top left quarter of the sheet. It happens whether I print on one side or double-sided.
Here is the print preview (normal).
Here is a scan of the paper sheet. The actual printout is only in the top left corner.

2020-12-15T04:00:36+00:00 I have the same issue, which started after the update on December 8. I have a Dell Inspiron 15 Laptop, which was working perfectly until that update. Now when I print an email from Windows Mail, it makes a tiny copy--about 1/8 of a page. The preview is the normal size, and yes, I make sure that I have selected the 1 PAGE PER SHEET option. But no matter what I do, it still makes those tiny copies. I have been trying to get help since Wed. Dec. 9. It's frustrating when Microsoft sends an update to my computer that messes something up, and then it's my problem. No one seems to know what to do to correct it. Help Me Please!!! Until this issue is fixed, I'm printing my emails from my iphone to this same printer, which gets me a perfect copy every time. So obviously the problem is not with my printer.

2020-12-14T21:51:09+00:00 Same problem here. Printing from the Mail and calendar app prints very tiny in the upper left hand side of paper as described. I believe it is the app problem as I can print the email correctly directly from outlook and all other documents print.
It is to be noted that when I first downloaded the app a few weeks ago it was printing perfectly. But as of a few days ago, it started doing this. Maybe it is caused by some update to this app.
But is it frustrating.
Any solutions Microsoft?

2020-12-14T17:53:27+00:00 Another work-around, until MS fixes it, is: save the email; rename the extension from .eml to .mht
Then "open" will invoke the embedded copy of old IE browser which can print it.
