Windows 10 mail printing on one quarter of page

Today, I printed an email from Windows 10 Mail.  The Mail app version is Version 16005.13426.20316.0.  I printed by clicking the "..." at top right, then selecting Print.  I was printing to letter sized paper.  Print preview looks normal.  However, when I print, the print is compressed into 1/4 of the page, and is so tiny as to be illegible.  The entire page prints in the top left quarter of the paper.

Printing a test page is normal.

Print from Word is normal.

I have tried more than one emails from Mail, and they print the tiny version to the top left quarter of the sheet.  It happens whether I print on one side or double-sided.

Here is the print preview (normal).

Here is a scan of the paper sheet.  The actual printout is only in the top left corner.

You are welcome. That's resourceful to find a workaround while MSFT is hopefully hard at work on it. Good going.

Thanks for that.  I hope MS works quickly on this.  The copy and paste workaround can be ugly, depending on what you're trying to print, ie. invoices.  (I don't have the MS Office Suite - Word - I don't want to pay a yearly fee to MS to subscribe so I use Open Office - I don't think that's a problem when copying and pasting though).

I have a Canon MX922 and just did the update too.

Thanks for your reply.  Maybe the email printing problem will get worked out eventually. And yes, I will try to be patient.  Actually I'm getting by okay now by printing my emails from my iphone.  At least I'm getting perfect copies, unlike those from my computer and Windows Mail.

They are obviously still tinkering with Mail or it couldn't have broke. We can hope in their next tinker it will get fixed, even accidentally. I have read they don't read this Microsoft Community much, but you can type Feedback Hub into Search & search it for "Mail". If someone has already complained, upvote it, or post a complaint of your own. Finally, we are all thankful you opened a case with MSFT on the issue on page 3 of this thread. We are rooting for you to be successful. As you posted...

So that's only 2 days now. Let's be patient now.

Thanks. I was looking in the wrong Settings.  Yes, mine is the same.  It is a Mail problem but the question is, how to get Microsoft to look at and fix it.
