I used driver easy app to update almost all the drivers in my computer(sata, motherboard ect). After a restart the problem goes away. Now my machine runs faster than 1909 version.

I installed the Windows 10 20H2 update about a week ago, and since then my computer constantly freezes. These tasks aren't computationally demanding - watching videos in the browser or Spotify etc. I read there were some known issues with the update affecting network connectivity as well as general performance issues, but I've tried to install the patches for this and they're "not applicable to my device".
I have a series of driver updates but nothing else in my "optional updates" section. Should I try these? Are there pending patches for this update yet to be released? Worst case scenario, can I just roll it back completely?

Every page I have seen regarding this SUPER SLOW update (which is now causing issues on my VERY BEEFY computer) They say the same thing - run a scan. They won't admit that they messed up and put out a crappy update. Now I have no clue how to fix this. But I am having the same issue.

I updated my motherboard drivers in which I have not updated since I built my pc, and after doing so the problem went away.
I have a MSI x470 Gaming Plus Max motherboard.

I have the same issue on my Lenovo E480. Some of it was definately to do with a BIOS update required to improve the interplay between the onboard and dedicated graphics but the problem of a sluggish windows UI remains. For me this is mostly evidenced by the fact that I get faster start menu draw from a PC I am remoted into via Chrome Remote Desktop than on the laptop itself!!
I have tried sfc, dism, set my paging size to recommended and now am attempting the edge://flags fix but I can't find the flag!
"Delay Competing Low Priority Requests" is not in the list. Am I searching wrong or is it gone?
Any other ideas?

2021-10-26T17:31:05+00:00 I have same issue here, with newly installed (reinstall) Windows 10 20H2, by downloading iso (burn to DVD, or USB drive) file from Microsoft website, with SSD coverted to GPT.
(1) Youtube videos unable to load quickly, or stuck with certain picture, while video continue to play, while using Firefox, Edge.
(2) Youtube videos hang, possible due to CPU running at 100% Utilization.
(3) Pictures on Google Mail unable to load completely.
(4) Intel I5-7400CPU frequently reaches 100% Utilization.Other feedbacks on Windows 10 DVD, possible Year 2016 version:
(1) during previous reinstallation by using original DVD, I had difficulties with updating, spent several days on updating, which ended at Build 14393 (Version 1607), encountered frequent unsuccessful updating, which mean further updating is impossible from here onwards. That is why I reinstall again by downloading Windows 10 iso (USB drive, or DVD) from Microsoft's website.Update on 19 Nov 2021 (Fri):
(1) most lag were solved after several Windows 10 updates, from 20H2.
(2) occasionally lags still persist.
(3) download and install drivers from Intel (eg. graphics, internet, wifi, etc).
