Have done that. Mentioned in my original post that my last resort was to completely reimage the machine. I'm finding the only browser that is working normally is Firefox.

I installed the Windows 10 20H2 update about a week ago, and since then my computer constantly freezes. These tasks aren't computationally demanding - watching videos in the browser or Spotify etc. I read there were some known issues with the update affecting network connectivity as well as general performance issues, but I've tried to install the patches for this and they're "not applicable to my device".
I have a series of driver updates but nothing else in my "optional updates" section. Should I try these? Are there pending patches for this update yet to be released? Worst case scenario, can I just roll it back completely?

2021-05-08T05:05:07+00:00 I've reset my pc twice and run diagnostic tests etc. Nothing fixes the random freezing and lag. Perhaps Ill try the page file size adjustment. Luckily I have a little back up computer.. this is crazy.

2021-05-08T04:26:16+00:00 Consider making a reset, that's how I solved the problem. Now my PC is as fast as it was when it didn't have the 20H2 update. You won't regret.

2021-05-08T01:38:23+00:00 same problem here using 20h2 with a completely new pc, my mouse stutters when moving and freezing, updated all my drivers and reinstalled the system, but none of that resolved, when I open the task manager the stuttering decreases, but after a while it returns. this problem is already driving me crazy!
