Windows 10 20H2 feature update causes lags, freezes, slow performance

I installed the Windows 10 20H2 update about a week ago, and since then my computer constantly freezes. These tasks aren't computationally demanding - watching videos in the browser or Spotify etc. I read there were some known issues with the update affecting network connectivity as well as general performance issues, but I've tried to install the patches for this and they're "not applicable to my device".

I have a series of driver updates but nothing else in my "optional updates" section. Should I try these? Are there pending patches for this update yet to be released? Worst case scenario, can I just roll it back completely?

    Hoi hoi,

    Had the same problem with stuttering and lagging after the new windows function-update from 1909 to 21H1.

    I have ASRock Z370 Extreme4 Motherboard, and after updating the ASMedia SATA3 driver ver3.2.3.0000, the problem seemed to go away.

    same thing it happens to me! After this update i cant watch any videos! No netflix on the browser, no personal mp4 video ecc... when i try to watch them it constantly lag! And my computer it takes to much time to start up....

    i also tried to update to windows 21h1 but my computer can't install this update completely....why???

    I installed 20H2 and my laptop started to lag and freeze. Any media sites like Youtube would work for a few minutes and freeze my PC and even Visual studio didn't open.

    I uninstalled the 20H2 and everything is back to normal again.

    I have bad performance plus all the  texts from windows are gone. Finally i install KB5003690 and the texts are fixed.
