The issue was fixed for me after reinstalling Windows... :(
However, I found this after the fix. It looks like something that worth the shot.

I am trying to install KB4592438 for Windows 10 20H2. The patch is downloaded without any issue. But the installation fails and the screen starts showing - Undoing changes Don't turn off your computer. The error message is - Some update files are missing or have problems. We'll try to download the update again later. Error code: (0x80070003).

2020-12-23T00:34:53+00:00 No BSOD for me. The installation is failing during the reboot process.
By the way, I contacted the Microsoft Team for online assistance and all the steps failed as well. Therefore, the next step is to re-install windows completly. I'm currently working on my backups to do it. This is not fun at all but I think we did everything we could to avoid it. :-(

2020-12-21T11:54:24+00:00 Not during the installation. I've experienced one after installation under high system load. Not a 'proper' blue screen but a 'silent' crash / reboot without BSOD code display or crash dump generated. So I don't want to claim it is caused by KB4592438 but can have different reasons.
