I have got a Trojan virus but I think I deleted It

So I accidently got a Trojan Virus, but I used my 14 day premium trial with malwarebytes to delete It. I am having trouble with my computer after It was deleted, Im lagging on games I have never really lagged on ever. The chrome always has trouble, and my taskbar keeps disappearing. Even after Malwarebytes deleted the Virus. Why???

    Well, I'll give you the instructions.

    When you run Autoruns app, there are several columns. Please, identify Publisher column. Every entry without a publisher is suspicious. Right click over the suspicious entry and scan with VirusTotal. This will add one column to show de results. If the result is 0/XX, it seems that the file isn't a malware, but if the first number is 1 or upper, the file is malware and you can remove both, the file and the entry. To delete the entry, right click and select delete.
