I have got a Trojan virus but I think I deleted It

So I accidently got a Trojan Virus, but I used my 14 day premium trial with malwarebytes to delete It. I am having trouble with my computer after It was deleted, Im lagging on games I have never really lagged on ever. The chrome always has trouble, and my taskbar keeps disappearing. Even after Malwarebytes deleted the Virus. Why???

    What about Auto Run and the red files. I looked at It's entry and saw files the exact same name but without a _ so do I need Kaspersky to delete It?

    What is a Rescue Disk?

    Did you right click over those entry and selected Check VirusTotal?
    Does VirusTotal columns on Autoruns indicated that those file are malware?

    Previously, I understand that you run those steps and confirmed that those files was marked as malware.

    I have checked online and found out they are actual files, and that they cannot be deleted. So why Is my pc doing bad performance when eveything Is okay with my system. As I have done eveything you asked.

    I know for a fact that there has to be something wrong but nothing Is, as my taskbar acts weird, my chrome Is extremely sluggy, and my overall pc Is acting weird
