I have got a Trojan virus but I think I deleted It

So I accidently got a Trojan Virus, but I used my 14 day premium trial with malwarebytes to delete It. I am having trouble with my computer after It was deleted, Im lagging on games I have never really lagged on ever. The chrome always has trouble, and my taskbar keeps disappearing. Even after Malwarebytes deleted the Virus. Why???

    That malware will be remove using an offline method.

    Using another computer and a USB disk, create a Kaspersky rescue disk.

    This article has the download link and the instruction to create a bootable USB disk.

    After that, you must boot your computer using Kaspersky Rescue Disk, update the antivirus database and run a full scan.

    I don't know it. Did the files you deleted have an empty publisher column on Autoruns app? Did you use the Virustotal check option as indicated?
