If you want to try downgrading the bluetooth driver to the 21.110.0.3 version, I recommend you to download it from the Microsoft catalog. Intel dosen't keep deprecated versions anymore:
https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Search.aspx?q=hp%20bluetooth
In my case (20H2 Windows version) I downloaded the following file:
Windows 10, Vibranium and later, Servicing Drivers,Windows 10, Vibranium and later, Upgrade & Servicing Drivers
Decompress the cab file (7-zip worked for me), go to the BT driver in the Control Panel, search for the controller tab, the update button, search my PC, choose from a list, use disk, and search for the inf file in the folder where you unzipped the driver.
Or, uninstall de BT driver, unzip the cab file and follow one of these options:

The trick worked for a while in my case. I'm back to the cable.
