Disabled Secure/Safe Boot. Deleted Drive 4 partitions to get to unallocated space. Started install and got the same message: "Windows could not prepare the computer to boot into the next phase of installation. To install Windows, restart the installation."
Windows 10 Pro 64 bit Upgrade to Version 2004
Checks system requirements. Everything is a go.
Did the download.
Got message: "We couldn't update the system reserved partition."
How do I continue?

2020-11-10T12:47:28+00:00 Maybe a few things to check but I would not disable Secure Boot on a UEFI system, but make sure your Bios is up to date.. You do have to make sure and boot the Install Media in the UEFI configuration.
If this is a Business Desktop, might it have an special protection utilities to keep Windows from being removed?
Could you go back to Diskpart and type the command below and get a screen shot.
list disk or for short, lis dis
If you find a Disk 4 or the one being referenced, you might then run the command below in Diskpart, which uses only the first 3 letters of the command..
sel dis X where X is the disk number of the OS drive..
det dis
Do you run an xBox?

The Windows 10 ISO size currently does not fit on a standard DVD, it would need to be burned to a Dual-Layer DVD and a USB drive is more reliable and faster to use . . .
