Did all that and got the same message: "Windows could not prepare the computer to boot into the next phase of installation. To install Windows, restart the installation."
Windows 10 Pro 64 bit Upgrade to Version 2004

Did the download.
Got message: "We couldn't update the system reserved partition."

At the very start of the Installation Process, press Shift + F10, or Shift + Fn + F10 to open Command Prompt
Run this command and hit Enter:
diskpart
Run this command and hit Enter:
list disk
(Make note of the disk number you want to convert and enter it into the next command - replace disknumber)
Run this command and hit Enter:
select disk disknumber
Run this command and hit Enter:
clean
Run this command and hit Enter:
convert gpt
Then close Command Prompt and start the installation again

2020-11-09T15:25:26+00:00 Deleted all partitions so that drive 4 was all unallocated space. Clicked on install and got message: "Windows could not prepare the computer to boot into the next phase of installation. To install Windows, restart the installation."
When I restarted the installation and got to "Where do you want to install Window?" drive 4 had three partitions: System, MSR (Reserved), and Primary.
Went through that cycle three times, same result.

Thank you for the screenshot . .
For each partition on that drive 4, select the partition and click Delete
When that whole drive is just one Unallocated Space, select the Unallocated Space and click 'Next' to begin the installation.. .
