Did the download. 

Got message: "We couldn't update the system reserved partition."

How do I continue?

    Hi Greg

    Thank you for the screenshot . .

    For each partition on that drive 4, select the partition and click Delete

    When that whole drive is just one Unallocated Space, select the Unallocated Space and click 'Next' to begin the installation.. .

    Please provide a photo of the screen that shows the partitions on your hard drive, so I may work out what is happening . . .

    got to the point of selecting the hard drive to clean install windows on and it said the partition couldn't be found.
