Have tried 3 times. Message on update page says it did not install and I may try again. This is not a new install. Have been using for couple of years.

2021-01-31T12:36:01+00:00 I have had the same issue for a long time. Very much a disappointment. I have had 2 help chats with Microsoft ,first one did a remote hook up and was buzzing around for a couple of hours. Second one didn,t seem to give a darn. I am thinking maybe time for a Mac if Microsoft can,t get their stuff in order.
