Current status as of October 20, 2020

Windows 10, version 20H2 is available for users with devices running Windows 10, versions 1903 and higher who manually seek to “Check for updates” via Windows Update. The recommended servicing status is Semi-Annual Channel.

    But I can't download ISO file without creating media tool.

    So what ?

    Use the tool, that is why it is there.

    Anyway, I just downloaded 20H2 without MCT using MS EDGE Chromium as explained in the link above. 

    Keep in mind that the ISO file downloaded directly without MCT contains an install.wim that is bigger than 4GiB and you will not be able to create the FAT32 installation media with it.
