I seem to have a computer stuck on build 20175_rs_prerelease.200717-1349. If I try to update to 20h2, it wants to keep nothing and won't just do an upgrade. If I do a fresh install of 20H2, the install works, but fails to recognize the camera on my surface pro 4 for windows hello. Nothing I have tried or even MS support can figure out how to get the camera to work with windows hello. (The camera works but is not recognized by the biometric services.) I'm stuck, I cant go forward without loosing functionality and do not get any updates from insider. Any help for my problem is appreciated.
