I don't know if this is related to any browser. I have this error when I try to open files on a local synchronised OneDrive folder while the OneDrive client is not running.

I had these debug text files appearing with Adobe Photoshop whenever I was opening files this one appeared on the folder. I got it fixed by contacting their support and now these started to pop up when I am opening the pdf's - and there are more and more debug folders and files on my drive. Not sure what to do so I wouldn't completely lose everything on my pc, I am completely not an IT person!
