Why is there a debug file on my computer and how to I fix it

In the debug file it says [1010/132558.157:ERROR:directory_reader_win.cc(43)] FindFirstFile: The system cannot find the path specified. (0x3)

    I have the same issue. Uninstalling Chrome and reinstalling did not help.

    This is a MASSIVE problem for users and is all over Internet forums. Given the times, Microsoft should elevate this issue with the highest priority.
