Why is there a debug file on my computer and how to I fix it

In the debug file it says [1010/132558.157:ERROR:directory_reader_win.cc(43)] FindFirstFile: The system cannot find the path specified. (0x3)

    Enable hidden files and then go to c drive and then into users. From there click on your user folder and u will find the app data folder over there

    I have the same debug.txt file show up. I noticed it happens whenever I download a PDF through Google Chrome and it shows up in the exact same folder where I save the PDF. Can someone help us out? This is driving me insane.

    I see. Enable Hidden folders first:

    Show Hidden Files, Folders, and Drives in Windows 10 | Tutorials (tenforums.com)

    Go to C:/Users/[username]/Appdata/local/... folder through File explorer.

    yes, sure, i did that, but the search of windows explorer can not find the folder appdata.

    Either mit %localappdata%.

    Probably is the folder hidden, please, how can i set the property value "do not hide the folder".
